Outcast Psychology is growing! We’re looking to connect with qualified psychologists interested in associate work and those who would like to join our referral network.
We’re receiving enquiries for online therapy, personal therapy for trainees, and clinical supervision. Many people contacting us are seeking lower-cost support alongside training and other life commitments.
We want to make psychological care more accessible without expecting practitioners to take on more reduced-fee work than is sustainable.
Associate Opportunity
Offer therapy and/or supervision through Outcast Psychology. Our fee bands are £40, £70, £100 and £130. Associates receive 75% of the client fee, which means:
£30 from a £40 session
£52.50 from a £70 session
£75 from a £100 session
£97.50 from a £130 session
There is no minimum caseload requirement: offer one ongoing space is welcome. As a developing practice, we cannot guarantee referral numbers, earnings or a particular fee mix.
Associates have access to our practice-management system, which includes a platform for online sessions and clinical record-keeping, alongside support with:
Initial enquiries, screening and intake coordination.
Payments and routine billing administration.
Bookings and scheduling, if you would like us to manage these.
Marketing and matching enquiries to your experience, availability and fees.
Our aim is to reduce the administration around private work, leaving you more space to focus on your clients. Outcast retains 25% of the session fee towards this infrastructure and support. You remain responsible for your clinical work, appropriate records, professional registration, indemnity insurance and supervision.
No non‑compete clauses
We do not use non‑compete clauses. We believe:
Clients should be able to work with the practitioner who makes sense for them, wherever that ends up being.
Practitioners should be able to shape work that fits their life, including other roles or independent practice.
We ask for transparency if you also work elsewhere or set up on your own, so we can manage overlap and client communication ethically. If you decide to leave Outcast Psychology, clients can stay with you if that is their preference; we don’t block this. Former associates are welcome to remain in our wider referral network.

Independent Referral Network
If associate work isn’t for you, we’d still love to connect.
Our referral network is for independent practitioners who may be able to accommodate people we cannot support at our practice, particularly those seeking concessionary or sliding-scale fees.
There is no joining fee or referral commission. You retain your own fees, booking arrangements and clinical responsibilities, and clients work with you directly rather than through us.
