Our core values
-
Making room for experiences of difference, exclusion, and in‑between‑ness, and creating a space where people do not have to shrink, simplify themselves, or carry everything alone.
-
Understanding distress in the context of people’s unique relationships, histories, identities, and environments, rather than reducing it to symptoms or labels alone.
-
Paying attention to both research and lived experience. We draw from the psychological evidence‑base and theory, and use these approaches flexibly and collaboratively, rather than as one‑size‑fits‑all manuals.
-
Using a sliding-scale fee model that helps widen access to qualified psychologists, we aim to offer care that is financially and emotionally sustainable for both clients and practitioners, staying aligned with our values, rather than being driven only by volume or profit.
